All doors can be produced in bespoke sizes to fit any existing kitchen unit, bedroom cabinet or fitted wardrobe, within the limits quoted, or in standard sizes for completely new kitchens and fitted bedrooms. Choose your matching kitchen cabinets or fitted bedroom carcasses separately if required

Painted kitchen doors are normally made from MDF and spray painted for a smooth professional finish in any colour of your choice. For a more traditional look, oak kitchen doors can be painted, the grain allowed to show through and even "aged" with patina rubbed into the grain.

Doors from The Real Wood Range are available as kitchen doors or bedroom doors with wardrobe doors up to 2.4 metres high and 700mm wide. Kitchen doors or bedroom doors are available with flat veneered centre panels, as in the shaker door, or with raised and fielded centre panels. Any door can be produced in any wood and stained to your requirement.
Choose your doors from the following woods: maple, oak, beech, cherry pine or walnut

A superior Shaker Kitchen Door: Made from 72mm x 22mm foil-wrapped frames with traditional Mortice and Tenon joints, rather than the mitred joints of the cheaper doors. Centre panels are 8mm MFC
Note the side frames continue the whole height of the kitchen door and the cross frames are slightly recessed between them for a more elegant and traditional look.

All kitchen doors are made-to-measure, in standard or non-standard sizes, to fit your existing or new carcasses.
Drawer fronts 175mm high, and over, are made from five pieces. 3 piece drawer fronts are an option, see price list for details. Kitchen doors of 1500 mm height and over are supplied with a loose cross rail for fitting on site. Open top frame kitchen doors will be manufactured with the bottom part solid up to a height of 865 mm unless otherwise ordered.
